The break is over. My friends I am back fully rejuvenated, with my new discoveries. Of course, discovery of new recipes. Hey, we all have grown-up with mom's delectable dishes, be it, chicken, eggs, fishes, veggies or rice and roti. This legacy is passed on generation after generation and most of the time we are comfortable cooking the same way.
I know mom's food is never boring but redefining is very exciting. What, if the eggs are cooked in buttermilk or chickens are cooked in meethi after baking or the normal dum aaloo kicks the taste buds after mingling with tangy green chutney. Think, your pani puri has diffrent variations of water. Yeah! Getting excited, mouth is watering, hold on.
My voyage of discovery is not over, yet going on but the journal is ready with many recipes to share with all. Close to my heart I have named them as Signature Recipes.
Come fall in Love with Food.

What to eat for wrinkle free skin
Hi my friends and people who love reading me.
It has been long, there is no post from me, no I was not in hibernation, rather I was in research mode, the sensory nerves of the brain, all working in one direction towards anti ageing process. Market's are flooded with creams that will leave a hole in the pocket, so here is an easy and a healthy way to keep wrinkles at bay. Please my readers practice and keep me posted your glowing results.
Many people equate vitamin A with better vision. But our skin's health is directly dependent on the amount of vitamin A in our diet. Vitamin A acts as an antioxidant to neutralize harmful elements in our skin, helping to prevent wrinkles, resist infection and keep our skin youthful. One should know that Vitamin A is a potent fat-soluble vitamin, easily stored in our body tissue that is not found in any plant. It is known to be toxic at levels above the RDA, so it's not wise to supplement your diet with vitamin A pills. Instead, focus on the delicious tastes of those fruits and veggies high in carotene for a safe way to healthy skin.
Do we all know that two-thirds of the vitamin A in our diet comes from beta-carotene, which is the pigment that gives yellow and orange produce of their colour. Our bodies convert carotene into vitamin A, making it crucial to healthy skin. Now think sweet potatoes, carrots and apricots.
Need not worry. I have researched and discovered these 10 easy ways to add more beta-carotene to your diet.
1. Add grated carrots to sgaghetti sauce. You won't notice their presence and their carotene will feed your skin.
2. Add fresh spinach leaves to salad greens. Spinach contains more carotene than other types of lettuce.
3. Enjoy a daily fruit smoothie made of vanilla yogurt and fresh fruit. Include apricots, peaches, mangoes or papayas as your fruit choices to boost carotene in your diet.
4. Keep fresh broccoli florets on hand in the fridge gor a pre-dinner snack. Serve with your favourite low-fat dip for a treat every one will just love.
5. Make fruit a part of every dinner meal. Kerp fresh, canned or frozen peaches and apricots on hand to add to the nigh salad.
6. Add broccoli and fresh spinach to pasta or tomato salads. They fit onto just about every recipe.
7. Substitute papaya for tomato in salsa recipes. Not only eill your taste buds tango, you will also get plenty of carotene.
8. Look for juices made from fruits high in carotene. Instead of the same old orange or apple juice, this time broaden your horizons.
9. Choose tropical fruit such as papaya or mango for a delicious new taste. Tired of the same old fruit? Common now go tropical.
10. This one is a special one close to my heart. I use it for a special dessert and it's good for skin too. Place chilled melon balls in wine glass; splash with champagne and add mint for garnish.
So keep glowing, enjoy reading and stay connected.
